My Name is Jonathan Lyles I'm a Certified Personal Trainer also Certified in Stretching and Flexibility. I specialize in Endurance Training, training clients to be able to perform Proficient exercise using their own body weight first before doing weights and machines. After working in the fitness industry and Stretching industry for over 10 years, I have developed a effective low impact body sculpting workout. That's fit for anyone, Ensuring the fitness program meets the needs of the client that includes elements such as physical fitness, nutrition, cardiovascular training, and weight training. 


I'm also a Certified Stretch Practitioner. Stretching is much needed, it helps with better rang of motion,  better performance and helps with sore and tense muscles that a chiropractor can't help with.
